This is the first time I write in English on the blog. I want to improve my writing skills because I´d like to be part of the English learner’s community on the BBC Learning English program. It´s a little bit difficult for me to try to express myself in other language, even in Spanish sometimes I have too many problems trying to do it. I think I´ll improve in the way that I write more and more. So, I want to tell you why I´m learning English. First of all it’s necessary for my engineering studies. It could help me to get an excellent job abroad. Also I learn English because I like to know interesting things about other cultures and to meet new people from all over the world. I have been studying it intensively for 10 months, so that, I feel more confident when I talk in English to native speakers. I can understand the most things they tell me and my accent seems understandable for them. I like very much the English language. Now I´m an intermediate student and I hope to reach the advanced level at least in one year.
